Hit Factor is looking for an Art Director to support our internal and external game development needs. A person in this role will work closely with developers, game designers, producers, product managers, and other 2D, 3D, and UI artists with the ultimate goal of creating AAA games.
Our team is looking for an Art Director who is comfortable creating game assets on their own and directs and provides feedback to other content creators on the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support existing visual direction for the project, and communicate the vision with others.

SUMMARY
Hit Factor is looking for a Senior 3D Artist for one of our unannounced game titles. As a Senior 3D Artist you will have the opportunity to get your hands on every aspect of the art production pipeline. The Senior 3D Artist works closely with the Art Director and Technical Leads to define visual standards and technical specifications of assets for the project, you will create and implement benchmark quality digital artwork meeting the art direction criteria.
The Senior 3D Artist ensures that the creative content of our projects is delivered to the highest standards. In most cases, you collaborate closely with colleagues from other disciplines to ensure on-time and high-quality achievement of our milestone goals. You set the quality bar and provide artistic, technical guidance, coaching and mentoring to others on how to achieve it.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A Community Manager at Hit Factor is an enthusiastic contributor with a passion for gaming. They will act as an ambassador for our player communities as well as our game studios. They will oversee all aspects of building and maintaining these communities and potential influencer relationships. Their experience in community content production and execution will shape how our players stay informed and feedback into our games.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build relationships and interact with multiple audiences (Licensed and original IP).
- Manage and generate social media content for owned social media channels and platforms to raise studio and product awareness and visibility.
- Work with influencers (Crypto, Traditional) and individual creators across various social media platforms such as Discord, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Twitch, Reddit, TikTok and YouTube.

SUMMARY
Hit Factor is looking for an experienced and collaborative Game Producer to join our growing team. The Game Producer will work for the General Manager (GM) of one of our internal projects to ensure the on-time delivery of a high-quality game experience in collaboration with other disciplinary leads. This role will have a direct impact on the success of Hit Factor and will be a key member of the project’s leadership team.
The ideal candidate possesses outstanding organization and communication skills, with a readiness to collaborate and cooperate with all development disciplines. Also, the candidate will be readily adaptable in a fast-paced, remote development environment, with a focus on solving the day-to-day production challenges of development quickly and courteously.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day production workflow and ceremonies of a Scrum-based, sprint-driven development team.
- Manage the coordination of internal teams and external partners distributed across multiple time zones.
- Collaborate with disciplinary leaders to manage the planning, scoping, execution, and delivery of the project requirements as established by the GM.

In this role you will have significant autonomy and be responsible for driving game development in a fast-paced environment. With that autonomy comes the expectation that you own the game roadmap, production pipeline, and directing the work of dotted-line reports.
As a Product Manager you’ll also support the broader Product team by promoting and presenting knowledge sharing. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of Hit Factor and will be a key member of the Product team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the roadmap, requirement pipeline, and sprint process for your games.
- Own economy modeling and revenue plan for your assigned games.

- Generate feature breakdowns and user stories to drive feature development.

Using your expertise and creativity, you will collaborate across disciplines to create exciting, engaging and fun action combat experiences for our under development titles. A Senior Combat Designer at Hit Factor is expected to have experience working in Combat roles on other projects and can highlight demonstrated successes shepherding Combat-related features from incubation to release in a cross-disciplinary setting.
This role also expects a deep understanding of the mechanics, mathematics and experience of great combat, a strongly collaborative, team-focused spirit, an interest in the potential of NFT and blockchain to enhance gameplay experiences for our players, passion for F2P games, and an active, vibrant interest in playing games as well as making them.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver on the creative vision established by the studio GM and Hit Factor’s Design standards by owning the design and implementation of fun, engaging Combat features on a cross-disciplinary team.
- Write and maintain clear, concise design documentation, including responsibility for UI mockups, art requests and baseline technical documentation.
- Serve as a senior expert on Combat design, while also being able to offer insight and support on at least one other Design domains, including systems, content, narrative, or technical design.
- Accurately estimate tasks, anticipate challenges and implement solutions to produce quality gameplay experiences through all stages of production.
- Regularly participate in playtests and offer constructive feedback on feature development across the entirety of the product, and receive feedback in kind.

- Ability to prototype and iterate in Unity to adjust and improve existing assets and mechanics.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Six or more (6+) years of professional experience in game design, with at least four (4) of those years in Combat design.
- Educational experience can be included in this requirement with a completed degree.
- Demonstrated success owning at least four (4) features on an in-development or live title, with at least two (2) of those in Combat design.
- At least one (1) demonstrated success in problem-solving and collaboration with designers in other domains (e.g., Systems, Content)
- At least one (1) demonstrated success in resolving challenges blocking development in a cross-disciplinary setting.
- At least one (1) shipped AA+/II+ title on PC, console, or mobile.
REQUIREMENTS
- Thorough knowledge of Combat mechanics and player expectations across three (3) or more game genres
- Experience writing clear and concise specification documents, user flows, and feature documentation.
- Highly experienced in use of common productivity tools (Office/GSuite)
